A Web Based Remote Control application that can be used to help or receive help. I have used it for both. I bet you are saying to yourself. "Why did you receive help?" or "You needed help?" Yes, I needed help with a project. I had outsourced a migration and the developer needed to see what he was working on. I basically logged into CrossLoop and they did to. I gave him an access code and within minutes they could see my screen. And he needed to look at other stuff so I said take control of my mouse and get whatever information you need. It was great. I actually was on the receiving end of technical support.
